Job Title: AI Video Editor & Content Producer (Short-Form, High Volume)

What This Role Actually Is

This is not a traditional design job.

You will be responsible for producing high volumes of short-form video content using a mix of:

AI video tools

Motion design

Fast, efficient editing workflows

If you are not already using AI tools in your daily workflow, this role is not for you.

What You'll Be Doing

Produce short-form video content at scale (ads, social, marketing)

Edit videos end-to-end: cutting, pacing, captions, sound, motion

Use AI tools to generate, enhance, and iterate content quickly

Create multiple variations of content for testing and performance

Turn briefs into finished assets with minimal back-and-forth

Optimise content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube

Tools & Workflow (You Must Already Use Some of These)

Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects

CapCut (or similar fast-edit tools)

AI tools such as: Runway, Sora, Pika, Leonardo, Midjourney, etc.

We do not expect all of them — but you must be actively using AI in real work.

What We're Looking For:

3+ years in video editing, motion, or content production

Proven short-form content experience (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts)

Strong sense of pacing, hooks, and retention

Experience producing high volumes of content quickly

Hands-on experience using AI tools in production (not just experimenting)

Ability to work independently and hit deadlines without supervision

Nice to Have (Not Required):

Motion graphics (text animation, lower thirds, transitions)

Experience with paid ads / performance content

Basic design skills (thumbnails, simple graphics)

What Will Disqualify You:

No portfolio with video work

No examples of short-form content

No real use of AI tools in your workflow

Pure graphic designers with minimal video experience
